The elevator sounds and feels like it may be the last ride down you you'll ever take. I have to use the stairs to feel a bit safe.. 3 flights opposed to being the lucky person to ride the elevator of doom. Thank God my business with them is over and I'll never have to brave that place again..

Go to court! You should get a letter with a court date. Make sure you take receipts and any evidence you have of payments and can prove they are wrong.
