I Have Lived Here For Going On 7 Years & I Have Seen A Constant Decline In The Property, Management, Maintenance, Up Keep Of The Grounds & Surrounding Areas! It Used To Be Nice, Clean & Safe Now It's Damn There Dangerous To Live Here! Horrible Neighbors, Squatters, Bums, Homeless People, Thugs You Name It! Take The Advice From The Ratings DO NOT MOVE HERE!

The reviewer below could not have said it better. I have lived at midtown place for the past 5 years and loved it up until the management changed. In addition to the things already mentioned, maintenance is non existent to say the least. I have had to make repairs myself on numerous occasions, after waiting months, yes you read that correct MONTHS for work orders to be complete! I am currently considering moving from this community, the lovely apartment and affordable rent are no longer worth it for me.
