yes it is, I've been here almost two years and it's very quiet. People stay to themselves out here. Only thing I hate how bad some of the streets are no one like to take care of things make things look nice. But our little shelborne community stays nice. Have a blessed evening.
Central air yes, neighborhood is mostly industrial, they steal cars and ac units from there all the time
No they no longer have the low income government tax credit. Rent is going up every year until everyone get to market rate instead of throwing all the low income people out. It has also been sold. Its under new management and the complex has gone down.
