As a vendor do not waste your time to try to do any work at the facility. Parking and getting throught the gate is impossible. Quote high to work there because it is more work to get to the work than the work actually is. The intercom buzzer does not work and the people look at you with a blank face if you are trying to get in. Avoid at all costs as you will have only lose money when trying to work there.

Staff and management are very nice. And the apartments are really nice on the inside. You get a lot of square feet for the price. Now to the negative. I moved in a month ago. My apartment wasn’t ready and took 3 weeks for maintenance to fix all the issues. The AC works on and off. None of the washing machines work. I still don’t have a mailbox key. The parking garage seems like it will be really useful in the winter, but right now there are giant spider families building webs at the level 2 entrance and there is rebar sticking up from the ground, with loose concrete everywhere. Definitely a hazard for your tires.

No. The current policy is that visitors must use the call box to get entry to the parking structure and may only park on the top level.
They have different floor plans so the price would depend on your choice floor plan a 2 bedroom on the 9th floor. That my friends has is 980 a month so I would say about 1200 or more!!!
