Was nice years ago! They let anyone move in now! Druggies, robbers, dealers! Building has bad odor. Some staff are rude! Maintenance understaffed! They do the best they can! PARKING LOT IS ALWAYS FULL SO RESIDENTS HAVE TO PARK A WAYS! DON'T LET YOUR LOVED ONES MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU JUST DON'T WANT TO BE BOTHERED! CARS SUBJECT TO BE STOLEN LIKE MINE OR CONVERTERS STRIPPED! NO FISHING! SAW A FIGHT WITH 2 DRUNKS IN THE BACK! MANY COVID DEATHS!

Do not move into these apartments....My grandmother lived there. The elevators is always out. The garbage Chute is always full, dead roaches in the hallway.These apartments are very are unorganized.The security guards are very disrespectful to the elders that live there and also to their family members. DON'T NOT MOVE THERE!!!!!

Although all advertisement indicate this community accept individuals starting at 55 I was told that they do not and was referred to the sister community which does not work for me. The location is too far and I need to live near my doctor's office. I PREFER DETROIT. BUt THANKS FOR THE REFERRAL.

I been living here now going 3yrs there always problem with evelator and at lease 3 times a week no hot water so I can take a shower. Management and maintenance is terrible. I paid my rent on time every month I think it time for me to move out as soon as possible. Very anger tented

Yes. There is a limited number. There is a waitlist for subsidy but we encourage applicants to apply. Waitlist avg 6mths to 1yr.
Water, gas, trash and sewer. Resident pays electric. Electric Appliances (stove, fridge, and ac provided) .
