This building rents rooms as apartments. Very unprofessional staff, unsafe conditions. The woman who manages it carries a smell of urine and suffers from a mental illness. I believe the managers name is Sherryl. She has been caught stealing lottery tickets and tenants mail. Another of the staff is slightly higher functions but sleeps in her car in the parking lot. The man who works in the parking lot unfortunately is an alcoholic and is under the influence on the job. He carries a gun! The gun went off accidentally inside the hotel. It’s very sad and the place is not safe. People are walking in this place with children and it’s downright scary. There are some friendly down on their luck reaidents but it’s a good place to stay clear of.
