My very first place. Both the outside and inside looks better than most residencies in the city of Detroit. Basement. Small back patio. Water is included and it's income-based. Rent is 30% of income. You pay Electric & Gas. Little quirks here and there, yet maintenance does their job to keep the units functioning properly. Maintenance upkeeps the lawns/outside. Carpet and tile. Stove & Fridge. Inspections. Wouldn't recommend if your income changes a lot. Grateful for this place having a vacancy when I was graduating from college.

I don't know , i don't live there , buti do know its a family place for familys to live. CC
They take applications but only during a certain timeframe you have to call for that. And absolutely no animals what so ever.
3 bedrooms are available but there is a waiting list. And you have to call to see when they are accepting applications
Can take up to 2 years once you apply during open enrollment.
