Horrible customer service. They delivered damaged furniture with the word “damaged” written all over the box weeks ago. I called immediately and filled out all the necessary paperwork and weeks later, nothing has been done. I have a giant damaged box just sitting in the middle of my house with no end in sight. I will never purchase from them again.

Purchased a for my client's project and one of the furniture items was not in stock THREE YEARS AGO. Agreed on a replacement right away at that time but just got the replacement delivered THIS SUMMER after numerous emails and calls for communicate.

Ordered a $2,500 custom couch on 3/3/2022 and received it on 10/5/22 ... was told there's a 6-8 week lead time. But when I checked in, it was always "next week, next week" until I asked for a refund in which case it was "on a van" but couldn't give me any more information (is it moving, parked, in Siberia?) ... Finally, it gets here, and i'm now asked to upgrade to "white glove", the invoice for this service includes BOTH first hour and last hour service (how can I pay one invoice that offers BOTH of these services)?? I let it go, and somehow couch arrives (two different emails saying two different dates). It's not over yet, the custom cushion I ordered is not there. After much back and forth, broken promises, and "checking in with the distribution warehouse" i'm quoted that I need to wait another 8-12 weeks for the cushion. In order to get a refund I need to sign a DocuSign (no thanks). All in all, save your time, save your money. If I could give them 0 stars I would. You'd think that a ton of people are ordering 2,500 custom couches and maybe they are, but my thought is that this company cuts corners, and tries to do everything underhanded trick in the book. AVOID

France and Son requires all shoppers to wear masks at all times, and France and Son limits the quantity of shoppers that are in the showroom at all times. France and Son provides socially distanced desks to the staff and uses socially distanced checkout stations to allow customers to maintain safe distances throughout the shopping experience.
