My experience began badly, per a poor pre-existing first encounter with the same representative who was there to assist today. Rent-A-Center should specify whether a full month’s payment is required to open an account or not, at least in the fine print, because that is what this representative and her superior had been suggesting until finally conceding to my already signed rental agreement.

Yes they do,sometimes, ok alot of times their busy..people call in to pay their bills, questions, so,I suggested let the phone ring awhile when you call
You might but these place prey on people and take advantage. You can get some decent furniture from Craigslist, Offer up or Let it Go at a bargain. I bought my mom a very expensive coffee table and side table very cheap on Craigslist
