The up keep here is very good and I have yet to run into a rude or nosey person living here. You'll have very nice neighbors.

Very very nice community for anyone and everyone. Is very quiet the parking space is wonderful and the people that live there are very nice and helpful. They have a swimming pool and if you have children, they would love it as well as as parents! My best friend's mom lives there that's how I know for a fact there's a very nice community! I recommend anyone to go check them out and inquire about moving into that perfectly great and wonderful community!

Actually the price usually reflects the condition and extras, finished basement, extra bath, 2 bedroom etc. Mine was much less. But, I had to replace flooring, appliances and paint.
