Have lived here two years.The second star rating is basically just for the amount of storage space given in the unit. The list of maintenance imperfections goes on. Upon move in our blinds had mold on them and our carpeting had little to no padding and was basically super glued down on heavy wear areas. Our shower knob broke shortly after moving in and water was shooting out at a steady stream. Our toilet was not properly secured to the flooring. Several units have gone most of the summer without air conditioning. I have been without a dishwasher for over 4 months. Our neighbors had to buy their own refrigerator because a replacement was taking too long. Most of the neighborhood does their own mulch because they do not have the landscaping companies do it. They have raised the rental price for most units by 20% or more. The indoor hot tub is never open. The indoor pool was closed the first year of living here due to “painting”?? The outdoor pool was closed until late July this year. All of these “great amenities” and they are either never working, broken, or on back order for the entire season…and they still continues to raise the rent. Can almost guarantee when calling the office it will go to voicemail and nobody will ever call you back. We are so overly charged here that it’s ridiculous. We aren’t paying for high end living or safety here either because there is theft, car break ins, squatters, and cops here constantly. Look elsewhere to rent.

Facilities look beautiful. We are having a very difficult time hearing back if we were approved for a lease. We submitted our application in February and have not heard back, were hoping for an April move in date and likely will not be able to move now because we were not updated.

Tried so many times and ways to get a apartment with this so called place and got no answer any of the times. Horrible customer service!!!

It has been an absolute pleasure living here over the past year! For the first time in my many years of living in various apartments, I am actually sad to have to leave (only reason I'm leaving is to be closer to my grad school). It did take some extra effort to get in touch with the leasing office at times, but once we got ahold of someone, they were very kind and efficient. We never needed maintenance; everything in the apartment ran smoothly. Extremely quiet, calm, friendly neighborhood. I felt so safe. Ample parking, the amount of storage space in the unit is fantastic. Winter snow and ice clearance was superb. Overall, it was a great living space for myself and my fiancé.
