I lived in brookdale apartment for a year. I never dealt with maintaince because it was not needed. It was a quiet complex. Im leaving this review because I was contacted 4 months laters about a tax return. They called me up and are sending the the return to me. They didnt have to do that, let alone for free. Its one thing to recieve good service, its another to recieve it after the terms of aggreement. Thank you to brookdale apartments, good service and good community

Didn't love it, walls were moldy, electrical had problems that made my sink into an AED when the water was on. Manager will deny it all....smffff!

Rude. Slow to repair. 3 leaks over 7 months. Second leak took 5 months to repair. Each time inquiring about the problem, pushed off, given an excuse, and not treated with a timely solution. Very disappointed with repairs. Be careful when choosing this apartment complex. The lack of timely repair show just how much they disregard you as a tenant.

My boyfriend and I LOVE it here! Quiet, 3 blocks from downtown and well maintained outside. The snow removal this year has been FAB, and just now I watched a staff member collecting trash in the parking lot! Stephanie in the office has been a queen since day one- very impressed! Side notes: We were a little disappointed at move-in, because it was very obvious our carpets had not been cleaned, just vacuumed. After talking to management, they offered to make it right. I hope in the future the internal stairs and halls are vacuumed more frequently (we have a busy and pet-filled building). But it's nothing deal-breaking! On a positive note- one of the best!! We are so excited to use the pool and garden in summer, and truly plan to stay awhile.
