Doctor wasn’t in when I arrived, was told I could wait for 30 minutes for him to get to the building. Then was told they were refusing to see me because I would not provide a social security number, which I’ve never been required to by any other medical office. Went to an urgent care in Novi and got excellent and prompt care there without needed my SSN.

I was in and out and home with my scripts filled in 40 minutes.. plus the staff was great and they listened to your concerns

Showed up as soon as it opened…. Dr. Wasn’t even there. Patients waiting for urgent care and the dr not being in the office during the normal business hours is not excusable. Waiting because other patients are ahead of you is one thing, but not for someone to get out of bed.

We do not but we send all x rays to our radiology company we use and usually get them back within 24 hours.
We do not accept HAP HMO plan. However we do accept HAP PPO and HAP AHL plans.
