I used to love the little clinic. I called to make an appointment. I showed up and they said there was never appointment. Then I was told the call person cancel my appointment. How can I call to cancel an appointment that was never made. I feel so sick and that appointment was the last appointment of the day.

You have to pay for all services at The Little Clinic. So yes, you pay for testing, whether it's a flu, covid, strep or STI test. You pay at the moment of your visit. Cost varies depending on if you have insurance and what tests you're needing.
I don't think so if you have insurance.
Sports physicals for children are currently $29 whether they have insurance or not.
They take walk in patients throughout the day.
