Really mean people. They gave me the door for unloading but the person was unloading he was crazy. He told me in front of me face he will not unload my truck until 4-5 hours I’m been waiting from over then 2 hours I called the manager he does want to listen if I had choice I’ll give him 0 star

That's correct. Schedule is posted on Thursday before the EOD and other option to know it would be to get a hold of your supervisor.
Not sure. I believe that there is a 2 hour window. I don't know how they work it.
