Had an accident while abroad which turned into a nasty foot infection. Dr. Pham and his team have been seeing me everyday for a week for wound care and treatment. Dr. Pham went above and beyond even coming in on his days off! He has been kind and honest without being alarming. Every nurse was extraordinary int their care and compassion. Urgent Care turned me away before verifying my health insurance. Went onto insurance and verified this specific Urgent Care location is covered under my Access+ HMO plan without physician’s referral. Dumb check-in clerk, no wonder the Urgent Care room was empty.

Despite the fact that no one in the waiting room when I arrived, I was there almost 2 hours...most of that time waiting for Dr./nurses. The patient care was excellent, it's just that it took so long to be fully treated.
