The style was nice. The rooms not the greatest kind of designed with some needs. The staff members were great at fulfilling my needs over the stay, morning coffee with Debra and the dining staff was a great way to start the day.

Kids running around the whole stay knocking on room doors, yelling, and running up and down the halls late into the night. Lobby also was a playground at night. Hotel was clean and parking at a decent rate. I know staff is not responsible for guest kids, but are responsible for other guest comfort and quiet. For that reason 1star.

Beautiful hotel but their services are greatly reduced or non-existing. Over-priced for what you get. I called for room service, during their two hour window, was put on hold for so long their phone system timed out and gave me a busy signal, it took so long to order that the kitchen closed while I was trying to place my order. Felt like it was deliberate, complained to the front desk and all she could say was, 'oops. Sorry' was not acceptable. Felt like they were understaffed as well.

This is a large hotel mainly used by business people and attendees at conventions taking place at the Riverside Convention Center that is immediately adjacent to the hotel. It is clean and quiet and the rooms are what you expect from a large hotel chain. The fixtures are modern and work well. I would prefer a few more electrical outlets around the room but we made do with what was there. Whether it is due to the ongoing pandemic or something else, they only service the guest rooms on your third day in the room and every third day after that. You can request clean towels every day but not a general cleaning and change of bed linens. They offer a come-and-go breakfast with high tables to stand at while you eat but no sit-down table service. There is a large (about 60 inch) TV and you can get standard cable TV channels. A few streaming services are also available but you need to have your own subscription (user name and password) from your home subscription to view them. (Netflix, HBO, and YouTube TV are available but not Amazon Prime.) See the Marriott web site for more details on amenities.) All in all, a nice hotel if you are going to be out and about most of the time but not one for family vacations where entertainment and activities for kids are needed.

Not at all, its my only complaint about this hotel. $20 a day and yes its your room key getting you in & out but....$$
I saw guests with dogs, not sure what is required but definitely let front desk know.
Yes
According to the map, there is one nearby the convention center, however I have not personally seen it
