No you can't.

My son in law is arriving at terminal 5 from a flight from Istanbul....he will not have access to a phone....is there a door number that we could give him leading to the terminal 5 parking lot so we can meet up with him?

There are many parking lots and doors leading outside of Terminal 5. Your best option is to have him navigate to the Lot you're in and meet him at the front entrance.
