While the station is convenient, they need to work on a couple of different things in order to make it even more convenient since it's on the blue line and going towards the O'Hare Airport. There needs to be a parking lot somewhere near the station that can accommodate more cars than what they can. Beyond that they just need to do some minor cosmetic work on the station to make it look new again.

Buses are always on time, at least Pace's, CTA is another story. Bus 90 is always a few minutes behind (in winter nonetheless) perhaps summer is another story.

Yes, as far as I know. It's on the western most side of the entire station, with the residential side being across the street from the station.
