Joel was nice and helpful. Great safe driver too. First time rider and definitely would recommend it.

The driver s awesome. The outlets do not work to charge phones. It is an inconvenience to use Google Map to my destination. The outlet issue was mentioned earlier in one of the comments. Why wasn’t it fixed since someone else raised the issue?

If you have a van galder ticket (vs megabus or other partner) you can usually contact van galder and change departure location. Departure time is always flexible.
