I nearly lost my engine because of the poor diagnosis and advice received from Diane's. They missed diagnosing a misfire that led to my car breaking down in Skaneateles--despite my asking repeatedly if it was okay to drive it during the 3+ weeks I had to wait to bring it in for my appointment. Their diagnosis looked like a cut and paste of what the Midas technician had written down when I received an oil change a couple of weeks before--information I provided to Diane's. I'm not sure they even looked at my car the entire day they had it for diagnosis. When I took my car back after it broke down, they couldn't find any record that I'd been there, there was clear miscommunication between employees, and I was told by one of the employees that they didn't have time to discuss my car with me because it was Monday and they were busy. I would never take my car back to a place that misses major issues and that doesn't have time for their customers.
