Luke is the best lawyer in Chemung County. He represented my brother in law in a violent felony offense. Luke was the third lawyer on the case and we are so glad we found him. Luke is a man of his word--he does everything he says that he will and he really got everything my brother in law asked for and wanted. Luke even moved mountains to make sure my brother law could bury his child (go to the funeral) though he was in jail at the time. Judges listen to him, even the DA. The other lawyers in Elmira don't fight for their clients: Luke does. Thank you -- TEN OUT OF TEN.
