Awful customer service, changed my medication from brand name to generic without informing me.

Arrived at the pharmacy yesterday to get my daughter's covid booster and realized I had made the appt for a different day. They were so kind and squeezed us into the busy schedule for that afternoon. My daughter, who has Down Syndrome, was very nervous and anxious about getting the booster. The Pharmacist was so observant and was asking her about school and trying to calm her before the needle went in. I was so impressed with the staff at the Ithaca store. I may switch all our prescriptions to this pharmacy. Helpful, courteous and kind is what you will find here.

More than likely Wegmans pharmacy is great and takes almost all insurance , shoot they take no insurance and have a fund to help the less fortunate get there script. 💪👍🙏🏼🙏🙏🏿🙏🏾
Easy peasy, it all starts with just asking your doctor to send your script to the desired location. Being they have all insurance info they can fax that as well if u don't happen to have it on u. All u do is go to the location and pic up ur script as u would any other pharmacy.
