This place is a dump, but the food is decent and very reasonably priced and the service is friendly and attentive. Absolutely frills.

I felt that philly steak omelette was not made with TLC. Home fries are tasty. Hab and hash omelette was delicious. I found the coffee watery. Service was fast and good but the utensils definitely need update here (forks were consistently dirty - even when I asked another one, had to use my coffee spoon instead of fork.) Plates felt greasy as well. I hope they can improve these aspects.
