The installers were polite and answered all of our questions. They were able to finish the job in about an hour and cleaned up and we’re gone. We are loving our new awning.

Just had our new awning installed Love the awning but extremely disappointed with the electrical connection. Salesman said the electrician can "hide" the cord, but when the electrician came out he can only put a junction box in to connect a black cord instead of white and run it down my house to my outdoor outlet. This was not made clear by either the salesman or installer, both said the electrician will handle it, they didn't know what exactly he can do. In this day and age when my even my electric lawn mower is cordless it's disappointing the latest and the greatest version of the Marygrove awning still has an ugly cord hanging down. It is also disappointing you charge $400 for this so called electrician to splice in a black cord in a junction box to run on the outside of your house, leaving holes in the siding or brick. Buyer beware. Update. Marygrove worked with us on an agreeable solution.

From the time I called to get a quote, during the presentation and I waited a few days, then said "Let's do it" and a week later it was made the installers came out the exact time frame and did a terrific job. We love the awning. It works fine and looks great. Thank you. 5 Stars for sure,

I would certainly suggest calling Marygrove. Asking people over Google isn't going to give you the most precise answer you need. I do know that Marygrove Services awnings they have installed. So you may want to contact them. That is the best suggestion.
Yes, you can order a replacement. Please call 1-800-44AWNING and select the option to talk with service.
Look for the arrow on the side and tap it slightly allowing it to slide off towards that direction. If its too high you can try lowering the pitch to an appropriate height.
We do not work on other companies awnings. Happy to come out and quote a replacement however!

Don't require winter covers. The housing the awnings roll into are the covers. Just have to remove valence. I can say one hell of an investment.
