Regardless of how a person/ employee identifies themselves- the tank top- belly shirt on the man working today was not acceptable as an employee for the store. I managed a Home Depot and would have sent ANY employee how wearing that. Your company needs to address this, as it clearly was not an issue in the store.

Sanitized carts at the door, masks must be worn at all times in the store. They're still following one way aisles & register area is cleaned between each customer
