It’s clearly been closed for a while but they haven’t updated their hours on Google, I assume because it’s owned by Lucky Strike, where many people go once they realize its closed. Either inept or deceptive.

Update your info on Google. Wasted time and money going only to find out that you're closed for renovations.

They don't. They have pump it up (prime). It's an old machine and it's not online any more
Update: The building is open the arcades are not.
Yes they are. At 18 years old that's when you're considered an adult.
Normally, they will accept reservations for family parties. Otherwise, no.
Pay to park. I believe it's between $16-22
Yes they check
Yes
There is for sure a paid parking garage not sure about free parking anywhere
Yes there was a photo booth machine when I was there last (less than a month ago). As you enter turn left. Unless it's been removed.
No pool table. Admission is free.
You can go by yourself during the day, but after 10pm is 21 and up...
You may have to call for party deals, but they do have an seating area where food and drinks can be served to your liking.
No...Lucky Strike Bowling is across the hall from the game room, also AMC theatre in the middle of both.
Free to get in but you have to buy credits to play games. Different amounts allowed
Yes
They do have multiple tvs showing sports. I've seen groups of people watching a basketball game and getting excited, the noise didn't bother them. I'm not sure how much you will enjoy with the noise of the playing games but there are a lot of televisions.
$10 gives you 60 to points play $20 gives you 120+10 bonus The games vary from like 3 points and up
Near Navy Pier parking. Cheaper if you park on New Street. And if have the parking app you can reload without leaving FTW.
We walked there, but no one asked if we needed validation.
Yeah it's weird for an arcade... But maybe cause people are active and it's considered a family environment?
They have machines throughout you can insert you card to see your balance
