I e take COVID control practices very seriously at Buona Terra and our sister restaurant, Hearth And Crust. Very early on we installed UV sanitation lights in our HVAC system to kill virus as it passes through our air ducts so that as the air recycles it is sanitized. We also disinfect after every guest interaction whether it’s carry out, delivery or dine in. Every employee must wash their hands after every guest interaction. Masks are worn at all times. We also stay as informed as possible regarding the most up to date information and guidance rules from city, state and federal authorities.
