I was mislead and told that I could get six sessions for $69. Instead I was charged $69 per month! I have been charged for 10 months and have not even visited this place. When I called to discuss with the office they refused to reimburse me. Very unethical! I would leave zero stars if I could.

So this is the 2nd time Ive been to a Joint place. First time they skipped me and I felt slided so I left. The second time I went to another Joint and answered their questions honestly and they tested my blood pressure and they found it to be very high cuz I was in a lot of pain due to Sciatica in my back toes are numb. So he said he couldnt do any adjustments so I figured no charge since he did nothing really to be worth 30 bucks. But he said they were gonna charge me anyway. So I guess be aware! I will not return and I would not reccomend this place to anyone!! THIS PLACE SUCKS IN ALL STATES!

Where do you get off charging a patient and not rendering service. The only thing you did was take my husbands blood pressure for $30. Wow he could have done that for free at home but he came to your business to get his back adjusted due to pain and You did nothing but take his blood pressure. You do not deserve my business which I have been or anyone elses if that's they way you handle business. You do not deserve to be open for business. You just lost a customer and hopefully you will lose more customers.

I enjoyed my experience here but sometimes I felt like more could be done each time I come in for my back. Nonetheless, the staff are really friendly and helpful and I do recommend this place

You will not automatically receive the same chiropractor for each of your adjustments. We make our doctor schedules available so that if you find a doctor you prefer, you can stop by when they are at The Joint for an adjustment.
Yes, our chiropractors can adjust children of all ages, including infants and toddlers. We have discounted pricing on plans for those under 18.
Our clinic is an open adjustment room, so we do not have private rooms for our chiropractic adjustments. Further privacy in order to discuss issues of a medical nature will always be accomodated. You will remain fully clothed for the duration of your adjustment, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothes.

No! We are a walk-in chiropractic clinic, so you can drop by for an adjustment when it is most convenient for you. However, we recommend giving us a call before your first visit to learn the best time to come as a new patient. Some locations do not accept new patients within the hour before closing, and some offer the option of appointments for new patients if you would like.
