I noticed this is the only captain ds in Greensboro. I drove to this location in hopes that the food would be good. To my surprise; it was. The staff was nice. My food came up very fast and was hot and fresh. She provided condiments and brought my food to the table after i told her I would get it. She insisted. This was a nice expierence with good food.

2 years ago have not been back since. Mold in ice machine. Really you spent money to re paint over dirty ceiling tiles paint over water damaged tiles re paint entire building but can't clean your restaurant. So guessing kitchen is just as nasty! 4 months prior Mold and algae in Ice Machine mgr was told. Seemed they have no idea how to take apart to deep clean. Numerous ceiling tiles damaged' wall board cracked broken by tables in dining room.

What kind of fried fish restaurant chain uses FOAM for a container … pretty sure that’s not supposed to touch fried hot food and melt onto it … for a chain you think they would be smart enough to update their containers … but honestly this place sucks… long John silvers is better..
