I am approaching my 3rd year living here in June. So far, I don't have any major complaints regarding the management or maintenance. How is the property manager? The property management team has changed twice since I've been here, I am not sure how many before then. The first team that was here when I moved-in were great! They were involved (or at least tried to) with the complex, put out weekly flyers about updates in the community (birthdays, events, changes) and did some potlucks or pool parties. I'm not sure why they were replaced, but the next two that came on weren't much involved. Still, no complaints for them. How are the units? Cheaply made. Regardless if you have kids or not... the carpets, tiles, walls, blinds and countertops break and stain very easily. The likely hood of getting your security deposit back is slim to no chance. I haven't had any major problems other than the thermostat not working, but the initial property manger that I moved-in with fixed it right away (within days) so that's about it. How are the neighbors? I don't know any of them, but everyone keeps to themselves. I've seen a lot of people move out since the property went under new management twice... not sure if it was because of them, but it's none of my business. The ONLY complaint I have is my neighbor below me. I have kids (1 yr & 3 yr old) that love playing and ARE JUST BEING KIDS. If they make the SLIGHTEST of a loud noise, they bang the ceiling telling us to keep quiet. I'M SORRY "KAREN" THAT MY KIDS ARE JUST BEING KIDS. I do my best to have them play on the low, but again, KIDS WILL BE KIDS. They do not compare to the other units THAT ARE RIGHT NEXT TO THEM WHOM ARE MUCH LOUDER AND HAVE MORE KIDS THAN I! Overall: No major complaints with the property management team or maintenance, just the old hag neighbor below me. It's a decent place to live at.

They put my family through hell, if I could give them negative 10 stars I would. I don't want to go into too much detail but put it this way, we had a terrible mold issue and they continued to lie and neglect the issue. Please don't trust them.
