I have lived here almost a year. I love it. The leasing office staff are super nice and understanding. The building I live in, the other residents are great. Have not seen any bugs, except for an occasional spider, but that's to be expected. Over all, great place to live.

I am a new resident here and I have had a great experience with the ladies in the office and new maintenance man. I have not had any issue thus far. My neighbors seem to be decent people. The building is clean and I have not seen a single insect. So far so good.

I've lived here for over a year, although the people who live here are not the best, it is an ok place to start out . I live in a very clean building , rarely any problems. No bugs either

They are an income based apt complex. And they have a very long waiting list. I called them back in June and I just came up on the list and got a call 2 weeks ago. They had a 3 bed available and she asked me if I made 2400 a month. So I'm gonna assume that was 800 cuz ur income is usually 3xs the rent. U have to make enough money but can't make too much. Good luck. You'd be better off looking on like FB market place and renting a room out of a private home .

There is a current waiting list for apartments. You may stop by Monday - Friday 9am- 3pm to pick up a rental application. When arriving at the rental office go to the window and knock, COVID restrictions are in place.

If I have an eviction on my background will they still accept me if I pay 2 deposits and first months rent? I need a place ASAP thanks

I have no idea Monique im just a contractor for the complex. If your evection was withing the last 3 years i don't think they will accept you. Thats how most places are
