Very racist place of business! I was told I shudda called first then I wudda known I'd be denied! Very disrespectful sales people no type of customer service!!

I just bought my first financed car from this dealership. The salesman was really nice and helpful. The car, truck and suv selection is good. I do have one warning for potential buyers. One of the female managers is VERY RUDE for no reason. My roommate was with me and wanted to buy a car also. This woman incorrectly ASSUMED that we are a couple so she told my roommate that since we “were practically married” they wouldn’t sell my roommate a vehicle for ninety days. This is complete and utter BS. I wasn’t using my roommate to co-sign the loan and my roommate had nothing to do with me purchasing a vehicle. I didn’t have anything in my roommate’s purchase either. I watched this same woman treat a Hispanic lady very rudely. My roommate is black. It makes me wonder if this lady is actually racist. If I had not already bought my car I would have walked out right then. So buyer beware and don’t be shocked if the woman behind the counter is beyond rude. It makes me curious if the the owner condones her behavior. It is because of this woman that I’m rating two stars. If it weren’t for her rude behavior I would rate them higher.

I just paid off my first car with them, I have a second I'm making payments on & I will be going back to get a 3rd. Even though they repo'd my car once, lol, it was on me for not communicating with them regarding my late payments. Any time I've called to let them know I will be late, they're always understanding. People are getting mad that their cars are being repo'd, but that's literally their own fault for not paying. You can't expect to continually miss payments with no repercussion. With one of the cars, the check engine light came on 3 days after purchase. I called them and they repaired it. As far as everyone talking about them not helping them past closing... car things take time. It's not fair to expect them to stay past closing-- these people have families to go home to. Just be considerate and arrive with enough time to handle your business.

If you have credit issues then this would be a great option! Just be sure to pay your payment ON TIME, if not they WILL tow your car after missing 1 payment! Other then that I would recommend ☺️
