Horrible. Went in as a new patient for a cleaning and to look at a tooth causing me pain. The hygienist went over the x-rays with the dr who only ever said hello to me. He put my chair back without warning, never introduced himself, was rough looking at my teeth calling out numbers and words and then he left. The hygienist said well that's why, I said what? She said level 5, I said and that means? She said a filling, I said i have one and it needs to be fixed, she said no you need one, I said so I have a cavity, she said yes. She flossed and polished my teeth, the dr never came back. He never gave me an oral cancer screening or checked my teeth with instruments after the cleaning. The place was dirty and unprofessional. I called Front Royal Dental Group and they took me in that week and gave me the proper care. When I called to have my records transferred, they could have cared less about the above. Worst experience ever.

Questions & Answers

Do you except medicaid and Medicare and do you pull teeth

Yes we can accept medicaid and medicare. We pull teeth, IF, the doctor believes it is necessary after an exam. The doctor and our office manager would go over treatment plan, cost, and what works best for you. We do NOT put you to sleep. We DO numb the area. If you have high anxiety or feel you need to be put to sleep we would refer you to an oral surgeon.

Do you take anthem healthkeepers plus insurance??
