Sadly we're dealing with a horrible experience in this place . If we can go back in time & not choose this place we would. The securities do not respect our pain & let us be with our loved one in peace . They should focuse on what there job is which is taking care of the cementary & not just target people . I recommend you guys to think twice before burying your loved ones here.

The benefits outweigh any issues really. My family have been dealing with Calvary for over 15 years. We buried a younger brother in 2003, and my father in 2021. The staff was great this year. With all the deaths due to COVID, we understood delays would take place. My father's service was done respectfully and not one of our guests complained, in fact we keep hearing how great the service was. How are guests enjoyed the beauty of the mausoleum. They do divide their efforts into two groups, so be warned that you will have a person to help with the burial, and someone else who does the funeral arrangements. I dealt with Veronica for burial and Sylvia for the funeral and both ladies treated my mother with upmost respect while they explained options and allowed me to deal with the paperwork for my family. As my mom has told us "This is the last gift we are giving our loved one".

I have my grandfather on Hospice care. I called this facility twice last week and spoke with the same representative. I advised her that my grandfather had prepaid his services there with them years ago. I provided his name and all the information I had. I was advised that they did not have any record of his prepaid service nor of my grandmas mortuary service we had with them 14 years ago. I called back twice and was told the same thing. I begged them for their help and was given " I already spoke with you yesterday we don't have your grandfather listed here." Finally I found papers from 17 years ago receipts confirming the prepayment of services arranged in good faith with Calvary and my grandfather. I called Calvary and giving them only my grandfathers name no more than the information I provided them last week I told them " I have documentation confirming prepayment of services when can i set an appointment to bring this documentation to you." They advised they would call me back and the moment they called me back they confirmed that my grandfather did prepay his services. What was different then from when I called last week? I have never felt more shammed. their unwillingness to help and be so cold to a family in their moment of need and in this business is cruel. I hope when my grandfathers time does come and we have the services at Calvary we have a more professional and empathetic experience. I spoke with the director of the facility and as kind as helpful as she was trying to rectify the situation does not undue to stress her staff and facility put us through.

Every Thursday
You need to go to the office they can help you
Yes only 3 songs
Regular hours & they take down all flowers on Wednesday all day until 3pm. I believe 9am to dusk
The date for the holiday decorations started on the 12/13/19 not 12/08/19
If they do not leave a lot of flowers where the crypts are inside the building, because they make garbage according to what they told me they care there
I have called their number during business hours and gone to the front to get info.
Hi Crystal, sorry for my delay in replying. I am new at this, but here goes. Yes they are open on both Saturday and Sunday. They also will post if there are special holiday hours throughout the year. Hope this helps.
I believe it starts this Friday or next. Be careful what you put because the cemetery is really strict about the decorations. They didn't approve of what we put up and they threw the decorations away.
No just for services, ground visits are from 4pm till 6pm Monday through Saturday and Sunday from 8am till 6pm. For now.
They remove them after a day or two.
You can walk into the calvary main building and ask the front desk with location assistance. They will ask you the name of your loved one and the date of birth or date of death if known.
Yes you can if its going to be at calvary
Go to the office and ask.
Remove
