Very informative tour. Big Mike, who was our guide, is very knowledgeable about the history of different LA "hoods". Unforgetable experience for someone who is interested in rap music. To name a few of the highlighths - you get to see corners and streets where scenes of movies like "Friday", "Boys n the Hood" and "Baby Boy" were shot. While in Compton, we could see the house where Kendrick Lamar grew up. By far the most remarkable thing I did on my vacation in LA.

Big Mike is the real MVP, allowing us to see parts of L.A. that we probably would not have seen (at least not in such an insightful, safe and exciting way). He knows the ins and out of the place and all the OGs, it was definitely one of the coolest things we did on our trip! I would really recommend the hood life tour to anybody who is just slightly interested in seeing another part of L.A (even the ones who do not know much about Hip hop history in advance) - you won't regret it.
