I live in downtown Baltimore and Pittman’s is a contractor hired by the city to perform maintenance on some city trees. They came to my neighborhood (under city contract) to grind a stump out of the sidewalk bed in front of my neighbors house. They scratched my vehicle which was parked on the street near the curb (no signs posted warning of the upcoming work) and covered the entire vehicle in mud. They left it like this with no notification or apology. Because a neighbor had seen it happening and took a picture of their work vehicle, I was able to get in contact with Pittmans about the damage. Even though their reactions on every phone call would lead me to believe that this damaging of property was a regular occurrence for them and they have a whole “investigations team” at the ready, it has been over a week of my calling them twice daily, speaking to several different people, yet getting no answers. They are disrespectful of property and have been extremely difficult to get a response out of. 0 star experience from a victim, not a customer.
