I called to schedule a. Brain MRI w/o contrast on Monday and Chelsea, told me she’d have to pass it on to a tech and when she Figured out what test I needed she’d call me back. Today is Wednesday and I called back to schedule my MRI. Again Chelsea is giving me a hard time. WTH?! It’s a Brain MRI W/O Contrast. If they can’t figure it out, why are they employed? UGH!! Awaiting a return call from the supervisor. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS IMAGING CENTER!!!!!

My husband hasn't even had his MRI done yet at SDI Escondido, but the staff has been so accommodating at getting him in extremely quickly. This is why I'm giving them 5 stars prior to the appointment. Whether or not he needs to have surgery depends on this MRI. I'm extremely thankful for SDI Escondido accommodating my husband.

On August 3, 2016 SD Imaging received a referral from an orthopedic surgeon in the same office park. Twelve days later SD Imaging finally called and told me that they do not accept USAA insurance, and that I would have to pay cash. Why does this take 12 days to determine?

Pretty impressed with this place overall. The front staff are very friendly and helpful. The person who did my test was very friendly and made it a very relaxed and comfortable environment. She politely answered all of my questions.
