Late night stop on my road trip. While this facility has some age showing, in general, it is well kept and clean. My stay was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. Not a complaint, but the hotel front desk staff was overwhelmed when I arrived. It was 9 pm and there was an emergency that they had to attend to. By the time they got back, the lobby was crowded with 5 groups checking in and 2 others that had issues to be resolved. Not all of them contained their temper with being left alone, but the desk staff handled them with no issues.

Negative: The room wasn¿t vacuumed, the trash wasn¿t taken out. The breakfast wasn¿t good, eggs were in a big sheet, hot water was lukewarm. When went to talk about room cleanliness lady said there was nothing they could do!

Upon check in we did not get the room we booked but Janice made it right and got us what we booked. Room was great! Everything was clean and well kept. Not sure why so many hotels dont have fans in the bathrooms anymore so that made it smell a little musty but once again it was clean! Staff was friendly ameneties were good. We so wish the breakfast was hotter and maybe a little bit better quality but outside of that I would recommend. Considering how short staffed they are right now they did great!

I had to stay here for a work assignment for a few months. Some of the staff was cool, and friendly. But overall, the stay kind of sucked. It was a hassles to get the room cleaned while I was there. I got to a point where I had to get my own sheets and and blankets and set it myself. They kept saying they’ll clean the room, but never did. They always had some sort of excuse. Management and customer service number were no help.
