I wouldn't even give them a 1 star if I didn't have to. They set up an appointment for Tuesday at 5. Took work off to get there and to find out they are closed until Thursday. Not sure what they are smoking but they should buy better stuff.

If I could give this store zero stars, I would. I called Verizon because I wanted to exchange my brand new watch for a different model. I was within the return time period. I was told I MUST do it in a store because my order involved a trade-in (I don't understand why, but whatever). So I drove an hour to my closest store in Alex. Even though they had the watch I wanted IN STOCK - SITTING RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM, they "couldn't process my order" because something on my account was locked. I waited for over an hour while he "tried" to get it to go through. I asked why they couldn't just call the main Verizon line to get this problem fixed, I was told it would "take too long." He told me to just come back another day. I live an hour away and refused to make another trip there. He clearly didn't know what he was doing. Save your time and drive to a different Verizon location. Next time I will go to St Cloud.

My cell phone was completely crushed… And I had none of my information (literally nothing) but went to get some help. The staff at Verizon, especially Kiara, were wonderful! They literally tried so many ways to figure out the mess I brought them and never gave up on me. They were kind, innovative and literally cheering me on. Such a fun and awesome staff!!! They were able to recover all of my information…So impressed and appreciative!!! Great experience!!!

Call the store. Asking on Google Maps, which isn't checked by the businesses often, isn't the way to take care of stuff like this.
Go to the Verizon store
You can have same apple id's or diferrent apple id's. Being on verizon doesnt mean you have to share the same apple ID

I don't think they will let you return it now that the screen is cracked. Im sure that you can take it in somewhere to get the screen replaced depending on what phone you have. That will not be a cheap fix though.
You can possibly do it online. If not you can stop at a store
