I had a wonderful experience with hilltop camper in Alexandria Mn, Tori Christiansen and Abram Schmidt are wonderful people to work with they explained everything clearly to me that I could understand and the rest of the staff was friendly also, I most definitely will be going back if I ever plan on getting another camper and will be recommending my family and friends to go to hilltop camper.

OMG, I was waiting to give another review because I could not believe what a friend of mine told me and really thought that a company as big as Hilltop would actually not be so petty. Hilltop was going to look at my friends trailer to buy and because I had bad interactions with customer service, due to their rudeness and nothing to do with my friends trailer. I left a one-star review, and the company actually called up my friend and said because of my one-star review, they no longer were interested in his trailer. Who does that!!! I plan to complain on any and all websites that their names are on and the Better Business Bureau because that is just ridiculous and it really makes me wonder is there a different reason why they would do such a thing besides me leaving a one star review.

Tori was the salesperson we worked with. She was very knowledgeable, walking us through several options and being very pleasant. Abram took care of us on the financial steps and gave us good advice on our new camping adventures. Mike walked us through the ins and outs of the camper we bought taking time to answer all of our questions. Tina was very helpful with parts and accessories for the camper. I was locked out of my RV on a lake about 7 miles from Hilltop. It was pouring rain and just about closing time. The relief I felt when the sales manager said he could help. Sure enough he drove out and opened RV right away. In a world of poor customer service these people renewed my faith in people. I’d recommend Hilltop to everyone. I’d also recommend RVing to everyone. Thanks Hilltop.
