Atlas North has a great setup. Sarah and her entire maintenance team were the absolute best. Very prompt, extremely professional, and very matter of fact. Anytime I had an issue with my home Sarah and her Team were on it.

It has been bought to my attention that tenants at atlas north have been mistreated unfairly. Raising rent without even giving you a 30 day notice is illegal. If everyone did not receive there annual letter for rent increase than this Violates the Federal Fair housing Act. it is illegal for a landlord to raise rent based on the age, race, religion, nation or origin, familial status, or disability status of a tenant. So every single tenant should receive an Increase not hand picked or selected. Those letters should be Void immediately.

I paid my rent every month I lived there. When I moved out I left a couch. I figured they would keep my security deposit which they did but in addition to that they sent a bill for over $4000 I am literally unable to rent bc this is on my credit in the middle of disputing now. Beware
