Come to visit my daughter for the first time in her apartment at 7380 unit 11 I couldn’t go down the sidewalk because it was buried in water I couldn’t go to either side of the sidewalk either because it was underwater as well and then there are two probably 16 x 16 x 8“ deep missing concrete pads that I almost tripped in and when I was trying to get around it with the mud and water I almost fell on another one I have taken video and documented the date because it’s been this way for probably three days yesterday being the worst and the lawn maintenance they do a good job but around the building their weeds are 2 foot high touching their windows and when they moved in they had said that the unit was cleaned it wasn’t cleaned at all and a list of repairs but the apartment itself is nice the exterior needs some work as well as the sidewalk area because somebody is going to get hurt on that that is a hazard

If you care about maintenance, this is not the place for you to move to. I have lived here since 2018, and every year, my air conditioning is broken. They come out atleast 4 times to try and fix it, call in other contractors, and fix it for the time being and then it breaks again. Last year I went atleast half the summer on an upper level, with a 10 year old son, without air conditioning. This year, so far it has worked a week, and is broken down again. It's 85 in here today. I also have the tiles falling off in my bathroom. I put in a work order in April, and still not fixed. I am moving in July, but care about others. Please don't waste your money here. There are other communities that take care for their residents
