This is my 2nd time at this facility. After experiencing other companies, I had to come back. This is the best storage I've used in Jacksonville. The friendly staff is a bonus.

The manager, and I forget her name, was so nice. I reserved online Friday night, and showed up Saturday to get my unit, not knowing they would be closed for Easter weekend. She saw me pull in and was kind enough to assist, even though it was her day off.
