First Dr. Cleland is wonderful. My problem is with who answers the phone when you press the option to speak to PA. Nothing is ever get fault, she doesn't know, or she didn't do it. I've been trying to get a medication for 2 weeks. I leave messages on the "new improved" portal, which is a joke. I guess my insurance didn't approve the original medication so they sent another to a pharmacy I never even use!!! When I asked 1 why wasn't I told about new medication and went would they send to that pharmacy that I'm not associated with? Duh I don't know I didn't do it

Get a referral from your primary and they will give you a number to call and schedule with the doctor you choose
I see dr salomone at Baptist south and recommend her. I do no know about this drug.
