Great modern place in a convenient location to many downtown activities. Room was comfortable and well equipped kitchenette. Staff was very nice and prompt with any and all assistance. Only negative was the complementary breakfast was very busy and staff had a hard time keeping up. Being a free buffet, the food was Basic.

Great stay !! The location is right in the downtown, cross the street and you come to the Providence waterfront. It is conveniently located in the downtown with walking distance to the train station and bus stops (near Burnside Park). The room service is great, the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is decent. The only issue is the parking, there is good valet service. But I prefer, parking my car and taking it out at my ease rather than texting the valet and asking them to get it. No complaints on the valet service though, just my personal preference.

Sergio at the front desk was great and super helpful by fixing a reservation that the company I bought our stay through messed it up as to which room we reserved. Again Sergio went above and beyond !!!!!! The valets were also very good as well even if they couldn't drive stick :) They were honest and let me park the car right next to the door out front. I much rather honesty. Overall great experience and breakfast was a nice spread as well.

Great place to stay like said rooms are spotless Great staff, very friendly and jump to your request. The breakfast is complementary but not so great. Good if you don't have the extra time to grab anything to eat.
