I was discouraged with the reviews. So here's my take. Yes check in takes WAY too long. With only one kiosk to do this for both check in and out it is definitely a problem. Unloading went Awesome ‼ I arrived 7:44 for a 10am app, all checked in at 8:35, fully empty at 9:15. THANK YOU 😀

It would have been difficult to make check-in/check-out any slower, but somehow they’ve managed to do it.

Had and apptt for 8:00am 10/1/22 took them almost 5 hours to unload me, also make em Loss my load for the weeken , loves those places where they want you to be in time but Love to play with your time!!!!

I checked in at evening 06:00PM and checked out at 02:30 AM next day so 8 1/2 hours ain't that bad to your 16 damn!!!!
