It's a great place for off lead time. Lets a dog be a dog.(I would make sure your dog knows recall) Big field ! They do have trash cans. not sure what other reviewer is talking about?

Pros: Wanskuck Park is a nice place to take a walk. There is a short trail at the back of the park. I suppose you can picnic there as well. The park is a nice size for a neighborhood park. Plenty of room to run around. Cons: I saw signs that say "No Dogs" but it's not clear if they belong to the park. I see owners with their dogs there all the time. Also, I don't remember seeing any public trash cans. So if you do picnic there please bring a trash bag. Finally, to go back to the dog issue, it's possible dogs are not allowed because there are no doggie bag dispensers there. Therefore, you have to watch out for dog doodle everywhere you go. I saw at least 2 piles. I would give this park a 5 if they simply added trash cans.

Really nice, spacious park. There’s huge open fields and a trail that goes through the woods. It’s sort of an underground dog park, so be prepared for dogs on and off leash. Owners are friendly and responsible, though, and the size of the park makes it easy to find your own space.

Yes but not completely
There is no parking, you have to park by the church or on a nearby side street.
