Prospect Terrace is a beautiful grassy outlook with stunning views of Providence from the high wall overlooking the city. There is a very large statue of Roger Williams, founder of Rhode Island, that looks out over the city. It is peaceful and shaded, and well-maintained.

Beautiful overlook of Providence. There were many people enjoying this park. It is small, but more than enough to enjoy. It was great to see the outside enjoyed and clean.

What a gorgeous view! Cute little park with a view of the city. Huge hill to climb up but it was so worth it!

Great views and had lots of spaces when I went there in the afternoon. I think this would be a perfect place for a date or even just a nice little family picnic. You can lookout into most of downtown Providence
