Rude rude rude people they answer the phone or reach back out to you. I have call so many times and no one has call me back yet. The give you the run around you basically have to beg them. Whoever Katherine is she is unprofessional so is Gina they both need to be fired ASAP. How do they get paid when they don’t even do their jobs. And if your not Hispanic don’t even try to reach out to them as it seems they only work with Hispanic people ONLY

1st time here and the Receptionist is plain RUDE!! I was waiting for her at the window and she bumped into me without saying excuse me or apologizing. Not to mention, she was giving others a hard time and is constantly on her personal phone. I felt that I didn't get the help I needed because the receptionist didn't take the time to listen or direct me to the right resources.

Good question I wouldn’t hesitate visiting the place and asking in person they don’t pick up there phones at all.
If she hasn't received it in the mail someone can come to the main office at 518 Hartford Ave and pick one up along with information on the documents needed, then make copies of documents and drop it off in the grey mailbox in front of the building.
You can try don't hesitate, cause I just bought a house 3 months ago and I was approved to gas bill help. Go for it. Just get all the documents they ask.
You can drop it off in the mailbox outside the front door
Maybe if you call ccap they will loan a heater . Landlord should give you heater temporary. If all end fail dial and call 211,they are an agency help people, they will know who to get you help

Huh, No, you need it in your name.
They help with alot of different things. From heating assistance, security deposit (if there's money) help with income tax return free of charge. Its best to call and find out more about them.
